Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Pakistan mobile number, date of birth, and a username and password. Confirm your email or mobile with the verification code sent to you, and your account is active. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be 18 or older to register.

No — one account per person is the rule on 111xp. Duplicate accounts are detected and suspended, and any bonus funds associated with them may be voided. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the account recovery option or contact live chat support rather than opening a new one.

Standard verification requires a valid identity document — typically a CNIC or passport — along with proof of your payment method. You may also be asked for a selfie holding your ID. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours once approved. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days depending on the bank. Most deposits arrive within a few minutes. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 15 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed on your payment app — sometimes a timeout or authentication step can leave a payment incomplete. If the funds left your wallet or bank account but haven't arrived on 111xp, contact live chat support and provide your transaction reference number.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available on your first qualifying deposit. Depending on the current promotion, it may be added automatically or require you to opt in from the Promotions page. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the winnings from it can be withdrawn as real money. No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They need to be played through according to the wagering requirements first. The cash-out value changes as the match progresses. Not all markets offer cash-out and availability can vary by event. Check your open bets during a live match to see if cash-out is available.
